ZiplyLedger is accounting software for Malaysian SMEs, operated by TELEAON AI SDN. BHD. (Malaysia). If you create an account and use cloud sync, we store the data you enter on ledger.ziply.my so the app can function.

Data we process

Account: name, email, password hash, optional phone, company name
Business records you enter: invoices, bills, customers, suppliers, products, journal entries and amounts
Receipt photos: stay on your device. We store only a local file path if you attach a receipt, not the image file itself
Device: no advertising ID, no tracking SDKs, no analytics SDKs

We use this data only to provide ZiplyLedger (app functionality). We do not sell data. We do not use it for advertising or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

Deletion

In the app go to You → Delete account (password required), or use the web form at ledger.ziply.my/delete-account. Deletion permanently removes your login and associated cloud records. The shared App Review demo login cannot be deleted. Create your own account to test deletion.
